Who we are

This website is run by JZ's Auto Sales LLC, an independent used vehicle dealership at 3571 US-160, Reeds Spring, MO 65737. “We” and “us” mean the dealership; “you” means anyone using the site.

Vehicle listings

• We work to keep every listing accurate, but details can be wrong or out of date. Some details (such as fuel economy, safety ratings and equipment) come from public sources like the EPA and NHTSA, or are decoded from the VIN, and may not match a particular vehicle exactly.
• Every vehicle is subject to prior sale. A listing is an invitation to talk with us, not an offer to sell at that price. Please confirm the price, mileage, equipment and condition with us before you rely on them or travel to see a vehicle.
• If we find a mistake in a listing, including the price, we'll correct it, and we aren't bound by the error.

Prices

Listed prices don't include sales tax, title and registration fees, or our documentation fee. We'll show you every amount, line by line, before you sign anything.

Condition and warranties

Each vehicle carries the Federal Trade Commission's Buyers Guide, which says whether it is sold “as is” or with a warranty. The Buyers Guide is part of your sales contract and overrides anything to the contrary on this website. We encourage you to inspect any vehicle, and to have it checked by a mechanic you choose, before you buy.

Estimates are not offers

• Payment estimates on this site are for planning only. They are not an offer of credit, a quote or a credit decision. Your actual rate, payment and terms depend on the lender and your credit, and financing is subject to lender approval.
• A trade-in figure we give you by phone or online is based on what you tell us. It becomes final only after we see the vehicle in person.

Requests and financing

• Please send us only your own information, or information you have permission to share, and keep it accurate.
• Financing applications are made on Credit Acceptance's secure website and are governed by its terms and privacy policy. How we handle what it shares with us is described in our privacy policy.
• Sending a form doesn't reserve a vehicle or commit you or us to a sale.

Emails and texts

We contact you only about what you ask for. Alerts are optional and never a condition of buying. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text. Message and data rates may apply.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to get around its security, and no false or spam submissions. The site's text, design, logo and vehicle photos belong to JZ's Auto Sales LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Other websites

Some links lead to other websites, such as NHTSA's recall search, a vehicle history report or map directions. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Limits on our responsibility

The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it, from it being unavailable, or from relying on information on it without confirming it with us. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law, or anything in a contract you sign with us.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Missouri law governs these terms.
