What you send us

When you use a form on this site, we receive what you type into it:

• Questions, offers, test drives and the Car Finder: your name, phone number, email if you give one, your message, and the vehicle you asked about.
• Trade-in requests: your vehicle's year, make, model, mileage, condition, VIN if you give it, and any payoff you tell us about.
• The sign-up list and price alerts: your email and/or mobile number, what kinds of vehicles you want to hear about, and the exact wording you agreed to.

We use this to answer you, set up what you asked for, and run the dealership. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Credit applications

The secure credit application asks for what lenders require: your name, date of birth, Social Security number, address and housing history, employment and income, and (if you add one) a co-applicant's details.

• It travels over an encrypted connection and is stored encrypted. It is never emailed, not even to us.
• Only dealership staff signed in with a password and a one-time code can open it, and every time someone opens or prints it is recorded.
• We share it only with the lenders we submit it to on your behalf, as you authorize in the application.
• The sensitive details (Social Security number, date of birth, income) are erased automatically after 120 days, or sooner if you ask.

If you finance a vehicle through us, you'll also receive our financial privacy notice, which federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) requires.

While you browse

• There are no advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
• Your browser remembers which vehicles you looked at, what you saved or picked to compare, and the ad or website that brought you here (for 30 days). That stays on your device. The list of vehicles you viewed and where you came from is sent to us only if you submit a form, so whoever calls you back knows what you were looking at.
• We count vehicle page views as a daily total per vehicle. The count doesn't include anything about you.
• To stop spam, our server turns your internet address into a scrambled code it can't be reversed from, and counts recent requests by that code. Your actual address isn't stored.

Emails and texts

We email or text you only about what you asked for: an answer to your request, or the new-arrival and price-drop alerts you signed up for. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link that works with one click; reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Signing up is never a condition of buying.

Who can see your information

• Dealership staff, each with their own sign-in protected by two-step verification.
• The companies that run this website for us, only to provide their service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (the database), Resend (sending email) and Twilio (text alerts to our own staff, which carry only a first name). They aren't allowed to use your information for anything else.
• Lenders, only for a credit application you send us.
• Anyone the law requires us to share with.

How long we keep it

Requests and sales records are kept as business records. Credit application details are erased after 120 days. Sign-up list entries stay until you unsubscribe. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we have about you, except what the law requires us to keep.
