Common questions
Do I need good credit?
No. We work with a range of credit situations, including limited credit and past problems. Approval and terms depend on the lender and your circumstances, and we'll be straight with you about where you stand.
Will applying affect my credit?
Lenders check your credit to make an offer, which can show as an inquiry. The quick contact form doesn't check anything; it just tells us how to reach you.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Your application is encrypted as soon as it reaches us, only our finance staff can open it (with two-factor sign-in), it's shared only with lenders we submit to, and sensitive details are erased automatically after 120 days.
What will I need for the full application?
Typically ID, proof of income and proof of where you live. We'll tell you exactly what applies before you apply.
Can I use a trade-in or a down payment?
Yes. Both lower the amount you finance. You can start a trade-in request online or bring the vehicle in.
